Please be sure to book an appropriate amount of time to get the work done. If you are well prepared then 1 hour will be fine. If its a very long scene, lots of dialogue or more than 4 smaller scenes then we may go over the hour. * PLEASE COULD YOU BRING A STORAGE DEVICE WITH YOU SO I CAN GIVE YOU THE FILES TO TAKE AWAY. THE MORE GB'S AVAILABLE ON YOUR STORAGE DEVICE, THE BIGGER THE FILE I CAN GIVE YOU ON THE DAY. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business so cancellations and no-shows are impactful and deprive others of the slot. For ONE-ON-ONE sessions you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment for free. For WORKSHOPS we accept cancellations up to a week before the session. Notice given after this period will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds after 48hrs notice. We are of course understanding of particular circumstances and will always endeavour to re-schedule your appointment.
